Overview

1. New — customer placed it. Call if anything looks off.
2. Packed — items are packed and stock is already reserved.
3. On the way — handed to delivery.
4. Delivered — mark payment as Paid when you collect cash or UPI.
5. Cancel puts the items back into stock automatically.

Customers who forget their password: open them in Customers and set a temporary password, then tell them on call or WhatsApp.
